Can someone recommend the DAS Vintage EQ bundle please? Then, I will buy it.
Unless, of course, anyone can tell me that the API emulation is insanely good (as good/better than the Waves version?), because then I'll buy that instead.
Unless, of course, someone can tell me that I need them all.
Then I'll buy them all! And I'll feel good about supporting SC and third-party developers as well!
I dont know are you trying to be funny or what? No really? Can you have your own opinion? If i tell you "go and jump in front of train" will you do it for me? I mean you are sounding like that.
Of course there is nothing wrong in supporting DAS or SC overall, if you like this, but in my very honest opinion your best option/choice is to download demos and make your own decision. We are all full of subjective opinions and we all have different approach on idea what to recommend and what not. For example (and since you are asking) any DAS EQ does not do anything useful to me. That does not mean they are bad all in all, that just mean they are not doing anything special to my ear or something i can not achieve already with scope stock FX. But that is my experience. Also i have full right to express my opinion as long as i keep it in subjective domain. I will tell you again IMVHO musician (be it amateur or pro) should make decision by itself. Download that demo, give it some time, test it etc. then make decision is it worth
(it is giving you something new which you did not have before, using that plugin is giving you great results etc.) for you or not?!
Make your own sound signature! Dont be just like "but everyone else use that plugin". Of course famous plugins did not became famous because they are fancy etc., but because they are musical and usable. But still that does not mean that automatically that same fancy plugins are best for you and your style.
Luckily for you there is demo option. Go and try!
