Pan delay ver 1.0 - updated 16/3/2008

Post by bosone »

this is one of my very first devices.
i always wanted a delay like this... i hope it is the same for you!

there are two delay lines: given the stereo source, you can choose the L/R mix part to be delayed.
there are the commond delays controls, but an additional "pan" knob let you choose the stereo field into which you can place the delayed line.

moreover, a LFO with selectable waveform gives you the possibility to autopan the delay line with custom intenisity (LFO Gain knob). beware that that LFO Gain is bipolar: when it is at the center, the LFO action is zero, while at full left and full right the LFO action is opposite (so you can set one LFO gain to full left, the other at full right and have an opposite auto pan for the two delays)

you can link all the parameter for the two delay lines separately i foud this cause some weird preset behaviour but i don't know how to avoid it!)

the clock is not linkable to external source but you can choose a BPM and tempo-sync the 2 delay lines and the LFO panning

try this with pads or with solo tracks!
