Cant open the registry file.

Hello i just installed my pulsar 2 to the pulsar 1 i have.The e-bay seller gave me a Scope.rgy file that i can not open.I tried renaming it to allkeys.skf.I am out of ideas:P
The dialog just says key import failed:/

Ok..i am a biit thick today it seems..i opened it up via editor and saved is as sfk file in unicode.That did the trick,i guess it was still a.txt file and scope couldnt read it.

Btw...can anyone tell me what exactly was in the pro package?
