cannot change sounds from midi controller in pro-12

there is a problem with pro-12.
i have always to open the sound bank window and select the sound with mouse or with keyboard. it cannot be changed from my midi controller like i do with all other synths.
autoindex does not help, what should i do??

Pull up your Scope MIDI Monitor, and check to see if the information is arriving.

Check to see the MIDI channel # of the stream sent, matches the Pro-12.

Then if necessary, I will do it on my box, and play doctor w/ you.

Afterall, I am well versed in Scope's MIDI abilities.

midi send 32 changes bank.
also, the sounds that must be numbered. in pro12 by default the banks are not numberded 0, 1 ,2. the number -1 must be chabged to 1st:0 2nd:1, 3rd:2
