I think i had understood the new packages but where is the winning to buy it for a pulsar1 user.
Because in the synth packages is no new synth.
only the lightwave and the 8sdi.
And another Question.
Are the old dev. like the prisma, uknow 007, ....etc which are includet in the new packages unusable when i update from 3.0 to 3.1?
Or will they stay?
And the last question is.
I saw a package, i think that it was a package, which is called scope fusion package.
is it available for pulsar1?
it has the devices optimaster, vectron, lightwave...
is it for non pro pack users available?
???????about packages???????
Probably the new SF3.1 software will not overwrite any *.dsp files related to *.mdl or *.dev and every devices from Pulsar 3.0x will be full compatible. So, an any "old" device from software version 3.0x will be work as well in the SF3.1 (IMHO).On 2002-02-28 12:35, tomas wrote:

I would be VERY surprised if that was not so, if you bought it, you will not have to buy it again, just because the software gets updated.
Scope Fusion btw is the new name for the software as a whole, I don't know about the package...
Please wait for official information before trying to guess it all, it'll be available soon (probably).

you don't lose anything and,if cw does the same as usual,if there is new functionality which is significant, it will either be included with the upgrade gratis (as in v1-v2)or packaged as a cheap upgrade for thos who want it (as with propack in v2-v3).relax. cw has already said that no one will lose any devices.
