I have try to work some sowtware at 3 ms,64 sample at 44.1 Khz,
Guitar Rig works very fine and other native Vst instuments like Reaktor also whit CPU load at 50 60 % whit large VST projet works very well without click craps and pops,I use ABLETON LIVE for this test,my setup is P4 HT disable @ 3.6 Ghz DDR 2 533 Mhz and ASROCK intel chipset 945,I have three scope professional cards total 45 DSP.
Whit your setup also you works fine at 3 ms?

yep,
my cards work fine too at 3ms and the driver is rock solid even with many asio channels running simultaniously.
Scope is the best multichannel card I ever had in my systems.
never crashes, never clicks and nearly no cpu hit.
And I can push it to 95% cpu usage without getting clicks.
cheaper cards may reach 3 ms but only with low cpu hit.
Sometimes I switch to the highest available sample rate, but only for the fact that all delay plug-ins in scope will then sync 100% to the quantization.
With lower values the delays are not exactly in sync and timing.
( I guess its one of the small and minor SFP bugs)
