iwanna try bx but both websites don't have much info
i wonder whether to use it in scope mixer or in other waveeditor like wavelab?
Is sound quality gonna be different?

I usually put inline with the stereo mix out of a smaller mixer, and route the output to another wave file for mixdown.
Probably not the best method, but at least it gives a good a/b comparison.

BX needs time to get used to it but this device is definitly incredible... Actually the device does the job for you as it helps you to separate things in order that you can work on frequencies AND avoid side effects on the rest of the mix. For example, you can remove freq on the vocal (wich is in the "middle") without destroying the same freq from anb instrument located in the "sides" (BX does the differnce between what is in the center (mid) and what instruments/sound is not... you should have a look at the PDF from brainworx ; it is well explained. Furthermore, have a look at a the "general scope discussion"/M/S thread... as Dirk (developper) gives some tips !
