Are Soniccore on vacation?

I bought 4.5 upgrade and payed 198 euro over a week ago, got a mail from soniccore that Ralf would send me the allkey, but I still haven't resieved it.
I tryed to mail both Ralf and info at soniccore, but no reply at all.
Does anyone know if they are on vacation, course that would explain it.

since ralf did an announcement on friday here in the forum I would not expect him to be on vacation, unless he's doing that as part of his vacation

try to contact him again.

Sorry I was a little off my mind there, I misunderstood you... If he is not on vacation it sure is strange, I send him a few mails and he didn't reply to any of them, before the buy he was very fast to reply...

well, he's usually very quick, so there's still a small possibility left that you have managed to attract their spamfilter (and they surely have to have one).

the more precision in the subject, the better your chances are. I don't know btw. whether info@... is the address you want to write to. rb or support are more suitable, imho.

Yes thats what worry's me, course I tryed changing the subject like you said and I mostly wrote Ralf directly, maybe i'm just too impatient, but a week!!

Maybe I should try giving them a call directly...

Just talked with Ralf on the phone, the problem was that all his mail got bounced, he had tryed to mail me for the last week, amazing what a little talk can resolve... Gave him another email, so i hope my allkey will arive soon.

Hehehe!! I did check my email, and it worked fine, it must be my isp that saw some thing in the atached file or something like that.
I got the allkey now, as prommised Ralf mailed it right away
