Where are the FFT spectrum analysis tools???

Hey guys!
Have any of you Scopers heard/seen anything more of the FFT tool shown in the Scope DP manual back all that time ago? (and in the brochures). It was supposed to be in the "ANALYSIS" folder in Scope but it's never been.
If someone has one (the Creamware one) Please share it with me!

yes they are in the "specials" folder. i use the fft one a lot.
