flexor osc fm vs pm?

what's the dif between the flexor saw fm input and phase mod input?
isn't fm and pm basically the same?

fm input modulates frequency and pm input modulates phase

if you want to experiment a bit you may connect constant value or lfo module to them and see/hear how they differ

That's the case on the most known "FM" synth, DX7...

Put the osc on a low freq, give it an input of 0.5Hz or so, then monitor it on ValMonitor. That will explain a lot - on any oscillator and/or shaper
