Make a copy of the Timeworks EZ Verb.exe (self extracting exe file) and call it something simple like"ezverb.exe". Goto a dos prompt and cd to the directory containing this file. Type "ezverb.exe /x" (without quotes). This will allow you to extract the files. Once you extract, copy all .dsp files and the stlib.ol file to
C:\scope\app\dsp

Copy the Timeworks EZ Verb.mdl file (I had to rename from .m to .mdl for some reason) to
C:\scope\devices\plugins

I find myself still using this simple verb.

No you did the dos thing correctly but you actually need to click on each file in the list that is presented and extract them. But it looks like you got it working from an older install. I had assumed that you didn't already have access to the files.
