more scope hotkeys?

first of all:
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE IN THE FORUM!
second:
i was thinking if it is possible to somehow add hotkeys for, lets say, the CW mixers. One thing i really like in cubase is the "s" key and the "m" key, for soloing and muting. is it possible to add new hotkeys to certain devices with the right sdk tools??

(i know it might be impossible to add the keyfunction for solo and mute on the CWmixer, since you can't select a particular channel, like you can in cubase.... am i right??)
