Scope 4.5 won't finish installing

Scope 4.5 won't finish installing

It keeps getting locked up at the very end of the install at the grapheq s.dev. I have tried installing in different drives, and even erasing all scope files, and re unzipping the scope software.

Any possible solutions?

wierd, it works now. Just took all night to finish.
