Error copying .pro -file or folder

This must be "stupid" question, and mostly regarding operating system..

I did encount project-files doing cannot copy / access is denied" r/w -error message, while trying to move/copy them to folder on new OS.

so how can i copy .pro files as usable projects again?

these are too worky to manually build again on environment.

What you have is a windows nt security problem I'll try and find it on the Microsoft site and get back to you, I have the same problem.
