I'm sorry I posted - I didn't understand the legal ramifications. Please disregard and delete this topic.

I don't feel capable to translate this, but again there is a situation of insolvency, and the mainpoint is that the whole situation is froozen - financially and materially.
No transactions, no payments or earnings, only the trustee has the right to take decisions.

This is the worst news thinkable.
I don't believe a small company as CWA can survive this scenario two times.
It must be the end, can't imagine there's any hope left.

There's always hope. That's one thing that's certain.

Hey John, Is this a Xmas joke?

Below the surface, insolvency can be a way of a company 'loosing' some of it's depts or shedding them so to speak. I don't know the ins & outs, but CW as we knew them yesterday were living proof that companies who file for insolvency can live on with success. Lets wait & see...

not two times, can't believe that :-(

Must have been the Klangboxes, or?

best scenario -if it's all true and not repairable - would be some company will buy Creamware.

But what can have gone wrong??
if not the Klangboxes, and definitely not the ASBs, what else is wrong?
They got themselves some cash recently, the hardware got great reviews and did sell, what went wrong?
Not sure if the Body of Ralf can help yet :-?

I hate to say it but since this is the main place for the Creamware userbase to communicate, if something isn't said here soon that's positive then you're letting the horse run free without reigns, so to speak. Or is that reindeer for this time of year?

This is a trade secret I believe so this would be difficult to announce anything... In the other hand you are right. But let us leave the right to announce things to CWA.

Yes well, I am merely commenting on the fact that this community from time to time does take something and just run with it, imagining all sorts of possibilities. There are voices of reason here too but they're often overlooked when things run rampant.

Personally I wouldn't worry too much about this announcement post, but since I can't really share what I know who would bother to listen to me? :P So at least some small words from CW to ward off the wild imaginings of those without any info seems a good idea, to me at least.

well, the last time the same thing happend the consequences were huge.
The whole developers team got fired, OSX support died forever, it took Creamware a full year to be able to present new devellopments (ASB), eh, what else we got?

Is there anybody left at all to be be fired??

At least it means there are creditors who didn't want to wait for their mony.
And this in a situation where Creamware actually made some mony recently.

And we shouldn't worry too much?
Merry Christmas then :-(
(no offend, but hey, then pm me your secrets... )

You're making too much of this Hubird. OSX support is not the end of Scope (or hadn't you noticed all of the users here, Not using Scope on OSX :P
