Audio-editor

Post by DaveC2007 »

Is there an audio-editor for creamware, where I can use CW/Scope-plugins,
just like Soundforge or Wavelab, etc..?
I'd like to have the ability to process audio-material with creamware-plugs without having to bounce in a sequencer.

any audio editor that is capable of handling VST effects will work in XTC mode....

the bigger problem is that if you switch between XTC and normal Scope the plug-ins always will be disabled in your soaftware....

Thanks, hifiboom.
However, I was looking for a piece of software that could
do offline bounces, but I already read that it's not possible,
because all of the dsp runs in realtime from the chips..bummer...
If only Creamware went native 8)

sorry for misunderstanding.
Now I got it, and I`m sure there is no way to "render" the scope fx onto your wavs like an VST fx...

Hey ali,
I almost can't resist to ask, but Triple LE doesn't 'render', does it?
I need something like Audiosuite in Pro Tools but then with CW-plugs.

Damn..back to time-consuming-track-by-track-bouncing...
I think I'll rent some nice DVD's while I'm printing. :D

Thanks anyway!

BTW, I noticed that further development of DADEV-plugins have stopped.
Does that mean no more V-Tube?
I always thought that was a very nice plugin; would like to use it for XTC, but
I don't have it.
Is there a website where I still can purchase it?

That should work. Got any linkies on the opinions of folks with their plugs?

from Nikko's site:
New re-launched : : 16 February 2006 : the Creamware platform is in the past, now, the Dadev.com website focuses on VST plugins for Synthedit.

Just a point of interest.

That's a pretty harsh step backward. Maybe I'm just not a fan of the Synthedit sound.

Yeah it seems pretty clear they aren't being updated. Still available though.

I'm guessing he ditched CW when it looked like they were going to go under.
