Hi boys and girls,
I've got two problems, one with ASIO in Cubase 3.7 AND in Logic Audio Platinum 4.5

When I use the EASI drivers of the CreamWare PowerSampler (drivers and apps 2.04) in conjunction with Logic Audio Platinum 4.5 a message pops up when I start Logic. It says something like that my project is getting to big, there was a DSP overload and that this can be avoided by reducing the sample rate or the amount of sampler voices.
Alltough all works fine.
I don'tget this message with ASIO drivers.
Can this be a reason for not syncin' my MIDI and audio ?
I record at 24bit 44.1Khz
My DAW:
W98se, Pentium III 650, 440 MB RAM, Matrox G400 32Mb DH, 19" + 21" displays, Adaptec 2940U2W SCSI Controler, 4.1 Gb IBM LVD SCSI HD, Promise Fasttrak66 18.2Gb RAID 0 (2 x 9.1 Gb UDMA66), Creamware PowerSampler and an SB APS-Live

I tried all the tricks: performance options for screen and system, restoring a ghost image with the old 1.03 and 2.03 drivers, old drivers, new drivers. Been there done that!

I switched to the EASI drivers, because the ASIO's gave clicking noizes when I moved my mouse on the 2nd screen also in Cubase 3.7 b.t.w !

Can anyone give me some tips on my config
I'm in a new HDR project next februari !
Best regards
Ronald
