Random weirdness when using MVC B to gate flexor envelopes?

Most of the time if I try to use the MVC B with flexor envelopes all I get is silence but this depends on the oscillators that I'm trying to use. If I load the NBL alisaw for instance then I get sound from the oscillator but it seems to trigger on the note off message and not the note on. Creamware oscillators are just silent. All is fine with the MVC A though?

Well the only difference according to creamware, is that the MVC B does not offer portmento and so uses less DSP. I see no reason why the MVC B shouldn't work with E Sync and Gate crosslinked but for some reason it doesn't work on my system. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.
What I have noticed is that when connecting to the gate in the MVC B cable colour is pink while the MVC A is yellow. I don't know if this means anything seeing as you can change the cable colour anyway?

i remember there was a discussion about mvc b in the adern forum.
It is a sort of bug.
