Source Modules wont load automatically

Hi guys,

I am having small problem with my Dest/Source modules not loading the ADAT's etc into their input/output fields at startup. For example, I open up a SOURCE S module from the Tools menu, rename it to my Preamp name, load say ADAT A Pad 1 for left & ADAT A Pad 2 for right. This works fine but when I close scope & re-open the ADATs are not loaded & I have to manually re-load.

I have been using SFP 4.0 suceessfully for 4 months now & the problem seems to have started with the purchase of the Mix Extension II package. I have reinstalled Scope, even reinstalled Win XP to no improvement.

Any help greatly appreciated.

After you corrected and renamed your Dest/Source modules, did you save them? Are the adat modules present when you reload the project?

Provided that you saved them as devices after the connections/renaming and then you saved the working project, what do you find exactly in your project whe you reload it?

I had this problem too with the Source S modules...never tracked it down, and gave up using them...they looked buggy to me.

I just wire the ADATs direct to the mixers/devices now.

No help I'm afraid, but you're not alone!
