Gigabyte GA-945GM-S2 & Intel Core Duo 6300 & Pulsar

Does anybody have any observations/experience with this combo for a Pulsar2 6DSP 2I/O board?

the core2 processor is good. i'm not so sure about the 945 chipset, but i would expect it to work fine. the 965 works great, i'm sure the 945 will too.
