I've got an A16U and 4 x hardware stereo reverbs patched into the ADAT I/O of a Scope Home (AKA Luna) card here. the A16U is patched into the Luna via ZLink. I want to create external FX to use the 16 analog I/O of the A-16U as insert FX in Cubase and I want to use the hardware FX processors as send FX.
HTF do I pull this off? I'm stumped.
Thanks,

You have to route the hardware reverbs in and out of cubase using ASIO channels.
In Cubase you then set up each reverb on the designated ASIO channels. Once they are setup Cubase will "remember" these settings, and then all you have to do is to create an FX-track/channel and asign the "external effect" you want to use.
How to setup up the channels and external effects in cubase.... I'm not at my DAW at the moment, so I can't run it through for you step by step, but "f4" comes to mind and ryfm....

I ran out of ASIO channels at 64 but I've got it working through the Scope mixer with the returns bussed to 4 x auxes of the digital mixer I'm using for summing. We need the capability of accessing at least 100 ASIO I/O, don't you think???
