fixed midi velocity output

hi there pulsarians!

long time no see... but i've been following Z (some times more than others) through the years.

right. for this new production where doing at my job, i need an incoming midi feed to go to the vocodizer, but at a fixed velocity. as it has been so long (still waiting for my house to finish before setting up the studio again), i'm kinda lost in the mod section.

this can't be too hard, can it? just a patch that lets incoming midi notes through, only with a fixed velocity (of 80)...

i feel a bit ashamed coming back after so long, and immediately asking for advice, and rather quick... we're leaving for vienna thursday morning early...
