Satter Acid

Post by hifiboom »

this is a small demo track, I did when checking out MCs new Sat-EQ, which is nice on dry 303 sounds and much better than any standard distortion

have fun.

Very acid

Good sound on the bassline there.. And all in all the whole track is very acid. In a 1988 kind of a way.
Good.
What was the bass machine used?

glad you like it....

the bassline comes out of this which seems to be one of the best virtual 303 emulations:

Nice 303 sound, but I think that the three-o-three is still better (more raw and precise) than this VSTi.
(Uh, what a weird interface with fish-eye effect for the knobs!!! :o )
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

Hi e,

sure the real thing is always better than every emulation I think, but you have to agree that the results of this combined with sat_EQ are quite convincing....

I love the rough 303 sound.... okay sometimes dry is also nice....
