I´m anxious but the reply doesn´t come!

Hi guys. I sent an email to Creamware with my details on Oct. 28th. So far I haven´t gotten an answer. Is this normal? What do you advise me to do?

Perhaps this Ralf guy forgot the password to his email account...

Not sure what your message is about, but are you sure your email adress isn't one that could get filtered out by Ralf's spam filter?

sounds like you got filtered. put "registration keys" or similar in the subject line and try again.
