Another newbie question

Post by areptiledysfunction »

We use very few synth FX here. My primary VSTi's are synthogy Ivory and NI B4 II along with BFD. I do a lot of mixing and therefore I chose the Mix'n Master pack for the first Pulsar II I bought. I've got another Pulsar II that I haven't installed and if I decide that I'm sticking with this platform it's likely that I will get a third one or an SRB.

My question is about the bundles that are offered. Common sense would tell me that it would be a waste of money to get another Mix'n Master bundle for the second card since I've already got that on the first card, but are these FX able to be applied across cards or are they limited only to the card to which they are registered?

Due to the fact that the I/O of multiple cards will be sent to various channels of a summing mixer and the same plugins may be needed on I/O of all cards, this would be a big deal

Thanks :)

no, the keys work system wide. only if you put the cards in different machines would it matter which card had which keys.

oh, and b2003 smokes the b4 imo.

DJ,
You can buy one mix'n'master for one card and let all three work with it.
All Puilsar synths and samplers are way better than any software VST one.
You will be amazed at the quality.
My sense is to buy the second Pulsar with the synth and sampler plugz.

Dimitrios
