MOTU Micro Lite with Windows 98?

I currently use a Music Quest MQX32M ISA MIDI card and am getting frustrated trying to get it working right with Windows 98. Seems like a driver problem.

I'm thinking of upgrading to something like a MOTU Micro Lite USB MIDI interface. It looks like a pretty good bargain but they only list it as having drivers for Windows ME/2000/XP. 2 questions:

Does anyone know if there is a driver for Windows 98?

I'm running some pretty old sequencing software (Big Noise Seq Max) that was really made for Windows 3.1. Any ideas on possible problems there?
