I can't find a sample delay module.

I can't find a sample delay module. Is there one somewhere I've missed? I want a simple version of something like Red's 'phase fix' device, but as a modular module. Ideally it would be mono (but doesn't have to be) with as wide a range as possible. Am I missing something like this that we already have here somewhere?
