Can enybody help me out?
Just bought a Triton Rack and want to root the S/PDIF into Pulsar2.. it has got an optical connection for the S/PDIF, can this go into a spare ADAT socket on the Pulsar2....or am I going to have to fork out more cash for a Fostex COP3, or the ADAT option for the Triton... Is there a way to get the ADAT ins of pulsar to recognise SPDIFF on Opticals?????

you have the option in 3.x to use the lightpipe as EITHER ADAT OR SPDIF - not both. check in the "samplerate dialogue" to switch this. If you need to use ADAT, then cheapest would be to get the fostex convertor; you might want 8 digital lines out of Triton though; that sounds like a good idea . . . .

A Triton has standard optical SPDIF out. It cannot slave AFAIK. It runs only at 48kHz. I use it's out channels via Luna Box. No samplerate probs no more for me.
