Is there a way I can back up all my keys in one file that can be loaded into Scope if and when I have to reinstall so I don't have to do them all one by one (or hunt them down)? I have my allkeys but that only covers Creamware stuff, not my third party (mainly Zarg, Flexor etc) stuff. I can see them all in the Register but it doesn't seem to have export capabilities or even copy/paste - is this stored in a file somewhere else I can copy?

Backing up Scope register
I just make a copy of the file Scope.rgy which is located in the SFPAppBin directory.
You could directly import from that file when asked for the 'allkeys' stuff.
Nevertheless it may be a good idea to rename the copy because the installer starts with an empty file of the same name - just to avoid messing the files.
I cannot guarantee it for SFP 4 as I'm happy with 3.1, but I see few reasons why this should have changed - it's just a plain text file anyway.
cheers, Tom
