How to activate assign MIDI conrollers in SDK?

I can't find a solution. Just putting insert effects in Multi-Effects...

I have no access to the sdk forum, so I hope someone could give me a hint, how to enable assigning MIDI-controllers to surface elements...

you should add the values from the padlist to the parameters list.
