illegal Serialnumber or Board not registered

I acquired Pulsor 2 at a man which does not know an user account and code .we know only hàrdwàre-seriàlnumber but it does not give
to me doing new user accuant and instal Scope

Send the SN of the pulsar card to [email protected]

with your full name and address and request they register this card to your name.

also ask for the all-key-file to install the software
