Anyone is using P4 with intel Mobo? (by LHong)

Hello all pulsar and Scope users,
I'm thinking about setting up the new P4-1.4Ghz with intel chipset and motherboard for the SCOPE-SP recording system. So, I like to hear from you about this and opinion? is it really worth? anyone has used these mobo or whatever mobo on the P4? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: p4? i would wait...

i would wait untill os and software is optimized for the p4, when it reaches 2ghz. if you really need a new computer for pulsar, take a look a amd

the thunderbird has a far better archicture than the p4 (and will also reach 2ghz)
