when i solo mid, or solo side, am i equing with the mono and stereo section?, whats not clear to me is , is m for mono or mid, and s for stereo or side or both?, ..i like the unit , i will get one, my mixes are huge, but one must mix the bass, ld vocal, kick traditionally for the mono to enhance the mix, no?, or if one uses a bass pan far left and far right, lets say using a virus c, should one not use the mid side for mixing?, i noticed in my mixes there are alot of things in both sections, so should i honor the center for center things, or can i mix wide as i please without losing punch

ps, is there a forum yet for this device?

not really, tho the manual says somethings, i'm not conceptually clr if we eq the mono or stereo sections we can monitor that in solo apart from soloing the mid and side. also if i have different level on the left and right output, that doesn't make sense to me, basically what i want to do is solo the mono in left right mode, and stereo, along with the mid and side or is this just a mid and side thing only. i can have a good mix, then i solo mid or side, eq and then my eq overall sounds different,...tips with the attacker, do we have to add 2 to equal out any delay comp?

If you use an attacker, you have it to insert in both mid and side section to avoid delay and phase problems. also you have to leave the side sections attacker unchanged and give some attack only to the mid channel (+2 works fine for me). and now enjoy your fat bassdrum i.e.

cheers...
