i tried to email the person yu mentioned in the previous post about the new card... and recieved no answer. anyone else i can get ahold of?

@Crisis, you could try sending from another email adress, overload of spam and/or a fire wall could have messed up things.
Ralf WILL solve your problem, just keep trying to contact him whatever way
