How do I get the pulse osc to output at a 10% duty cycle?

Anything about the Scope modular synths

Seems that the pulse modules do not go below 25%?

I just put the output through an inverter, therefore making 90% = 10%. Does this sound logical?

Thing is I've read that if the duty cycle is converted to a fraction then this and the integer multiples of this will be the harmonics that will be missing.
So just inverting a signal isn't gonna change it's harmonic spectrum, as 1/10 is the same as 9/10 so i'm fooling myself it seems.

Tried Flexor's Hard PWM shaper? You don't even need a PWM osc for that, any stream would do
