I bought a second-hand P2 in October 2005 and despite numerous emails to Creamware from the seller and myself, I'm still waiting for the card to be transferred to my account.

Be warned when buying second-hand: Creamware's customer service is dire and will screw you over.

Does the seller use the account for other cards? If not, maybe the seller would be willing to give you his/her password for the account - you can update the profile and change the password and you would be good to go. This may be a possible workaround.

Make sure about the email account you are using, and the original owner's as well, that it doesn't get caught as spam..

I have also purchased a 2nd hand card, is it really necessary to have the account login? Since I got all the keys for the plugins, I do think it is really necessary right?
