when i move a window of a device in nuendo for example the device disappears at the time moved and appears again when i leave the mouse botton. this is ok for avoiding graphics movements.
it also happens in windows applications.
can it happen with scopes devices?
i see that when i am in the midle of a recording, if i move a scope mixer or synth without being very carefull the moved graphics will cause cracks.
what are the solutions?
how scopes divices can be moved with no graphics
well thanks guys.
actually my ati has got 256mb ram
the drivers are new
i am not talking about serious situation.
it just happens once in a while when the project is heavy.
it whoudn't happen if the graphics could disappear at the time of moving.
lower hardware accelaration to my system does not help.
irq's ok.

the only thing i haven't tried is to set scope to lower priority.?????

Actually I'm willing to bet its your PCI latency (assuming you're not sharing your gfxcard irq with some critical component). Run DoubleDawg and I'm willing to bet the ATI drivers are setting your gfxcard to 248 or higher...On 2006-01-27 05:11, ARCADIOS wrote:
