Scope 4.5 upgrade offer

I have got a reply from Creamware, and they said the offer will still be there till the end of Jan 2006.

Cool.

Anyway, the way I figure it - if you can select the upgrade when ordering, be it past january 2006, you should be entitled to it, or at least get a chance to retract on the offer.

I've ordered 4.5 on December the 24th and still haven't received my keys... Emailed support, emailed ralf, no answer...

Is that er... normal ?

that is NOT normal - most likely your email got caught in a spam filter or lost in one of the 'almost network break down' worm attacks.
Have you tried a different email adress ?
