Is it still possible to use the Scope 4 activation/half-pric

I never used it back then, so I thought I might as well see if it still works. In the support section on CWA's website you can still go to the activation but when I put in my activation number i get an error message saying "Error : Der Remote-Servercomputer ist existiert nicht oder ist nicht verfügbar".
Anyone know whether it's still possible to make it work?

I've tried it a couple of times - the regular procedure doesn't work anymore as they've taken the registration server off the net.
(that's what the error is about - system offline)
Formerly our session was passed to this machine automatically and it must have triggered the shop conditions.
Nevertheless it has been confirmed recently that the condition is still valid.
If you haven't activated Scope 4 yet, you may request it and someone sets the shop manually into the 50% mode (at least that's how I understood it)
