I remember there was some really twisted way of converting MIDI note number to EQ frequencies in Modular.. The equation's not that complicated, and it's not hard to implement at all in terms of code, just that the modular environment doesn't have the exact modules for this. I wouldn't know of the newer versions, but maybe flexor has it?

Filters have keyfollow, they can be used as sort of eq's if you leave the resonance all way down, it much depends on what kind of effect are you looking for.

i've done some patch for controlling eq's and filters, for example this is a 4 keys controller.
