If Ralf gave you the allkey file that belongs to the SN at hand and it did not contain any of devices the seller told you it will, then the seller maybe not telling you the full story.
See, the keys of a specific card (SN) are usually generated online when the card is registered by the user. So when Ralf emailed you the allkey file. That would be what belong to that specific card the day you requested keys.
Maybe the seller had 2 Cards and sold you the card with less devices and kept the one with most devices.
buying a used card without knowing the seller is sometimes a tricky one.
When it comes to buying DSP card with Software always demand to know the SN of the card then cross check that with Creamware and they will tell you what keys belong to card. Or have the seller give you an inside look at his page to see the keys associated with the SN in question.
I hope the seller did not cheat you off the devices he promised.
good luck
Yes.. im sorry but you are right on this one.
Never jump to conclusions...
He says it was 4 years ago he had used it and that his account probably had been lost during the bankruptcy times..
He claims he had emailed creamware (or Ralf, because i sent him his adress) and that nothing could be done since he would not get a login to his user account where the key for the packs were stored.
He also sent me another allkeys file wich "would probably contain what you want"
But it was simply the standard software all over again, except for my card plus another card with a different serial number.
If this is not fraud - then it defintly a very dumb person to not be checking that he can reach his account before selling me the card.
If i buy a card again im going to try to find a person that lives not far away so i can meet IRL instead.
But lets look at the bright side - the card i got was at least working. It could be broken.
