Need a DSP file

I have one bug while downloading some patches - there is no a dsp. file:

Obsidian Envelope Follower

Has anyone this file?

looks like a part of some Osbidian Extension package (or whatever it was called), which you had to download from their site (and which doesn't exist anymore).
It is way back from the very early Pulsar versions.

There have been serious complaints about global system instabilities caused by some Obsidian .dsp extensions.

I used them very few times. Can't say anything about instability.
