can asio be working for more than one application running with scope?
for ex. lets say that the sequencer is using asio, can i use another program with asio as well? reason or fruity loops or other?
(without rewire)

Some applications have a 'release ASIO in background' option, but typically I use ASIO with my main sequencer (which is LOGIC and won't release in background) and use WAV sources with other apps. My WAV buffer settings are much much higher than asio since its typically on my main sequencer that needs low latency.

p.s. soundbus should work as insert plug in, so it's good for fruity, but it's not good for reason because reason does not work with vst plug ins.

Pretty sure there were substantial threads on this subject in this forum already....

edit: Although maybe this one had to happen for the soundbus link  although it would probably suffer from latency.

 I was not having a dig.. it looks like a handy tool for non-timing-critical stuff.
