New to XTC

Just tried it today in Cubase and like the way plugins fall in VST.
Few questions though:

1)How do third part plugins work in XTC like Timeworks,Celmo,Wolf etc?

2)I can't see output of all my Pulsar cards,how do I enable,say,analogue output2,

3)can Scope mixer be take place of cubase one?
