I hope you remedy your situation. Poor tech support bites. I've been lucky so far. I pray the ASB's don't have this fate.

Hardware problems? How about emailing CW? Lack of support? Have you even tried contacting them with your issue? If so, please mention this. If not, the above is a bunch of unneeded excessive flaming, kiddie style.

Most of us has some type of interaction with ralf by email and none here have said anything bad about his quality of support or his timing in answering.

excuse me if I don't buy what you are saying about the support quality of Ralf/support.

All I see from your post is someone who has came to this forum and introduced himself in a manner that is not acceptable to anyone, and posted the same thing in 3 different places and when you were advised to rectify your post, still you don't seem to respond accordingly.

I thought his responses were very polite and humble. I think he'll turn out well.

But I just wanted to add that on all the occasions I called CreamWare support in Vancouver, they helped me out with very friendly and informative service. Ralf is great, but he's not the only one! Last summer I spoke to Ali on the phone for about an hour -- on a NATIONAL HOLIDAY! He had come into the office to do some "after hours" work. He helped me out even though he wasn't even supposed to be working, let alone answering the phone!

I've said it elsewhere, but I'll say it again here: CreamWare support is excellent. I deal with tech companies all day long, and spend a lot of time waiting on automated answering machines to talk to tech support at other companies. Sometimes, like with my phone / internet company, I never even get a human being on the other end of the line.

CreamWare may be small, but their customer service has always been top-notch in my experience.

$0.02,
