Which one is better ???? I haven't heard Six-String.

I haven't heard AAS String Studio, but 6string
is a very useful synth. It may come down to what flavour you like, native or dsp.

6 string doesn't cover bowed strings, though.

You can download a demo for the string studio. I tried it out briefly and thought it was pretty good, but not sure if its better than six string. It used a low amount of cpu which was nice tho.
