Mixer gone

Just reloaded Scope v4.0 to new partition(XP),Started it up and there was no mixer in project.I then loaded sequencer and it didn't have any ASIO choice available even though I had it in Scope project.
This has happened to me before and can't work out why.
Are reference directories to blame?

If it's a new Scope 4 install, have you removed the Read-Only attributes from the Devices and DSP dirs?

Sounds more like board communication error (poor PCI contact, PSU not providing enough power, stdm cable loose, irq conflict etc).
