File
Price ($USD): 0
Type: Utility
_____________________________________

This device will let you switch between 8 audio inputs using a single button and/or MIDI CC command, either a button or a pedal (also works with knobs, but not the best interface.) Each button-press will increment the selected input by 1. The selected input will cycle from 1 to 8 and then go back to 1.

The MIDI source must emit CC values 127 when on and 0 to 126 (any of them is fine, as long as it's below 127) when off, which should be fairly standard.

Also features unreadable font and hip n' cool ASCII duck!

I've included a small one-page PDF manual thinger, but if you don't feel like reading it, the one thing you need to know about this device is that it *doesn't* save the selected input in the project or in the device itself. The selected input will be randomly set at load time, thanks to the weird async modules and minimal counter design. So if you need a stable routing switch, you should use Shayne White's or wolf's switches or a proper mixer. This one is more suited for live use and random tinkering.

Released in case anyone else ends up needing something like this.

Small edit to fix duck's head position, poor thing had the neck overly stretched =P

Another edit to add Stereo version.

Added the stereo version, also if you've downloaded an earlier version, it's probably a good idea to redownload, I think I had packaged a broken version (that only switched between the first 4 inputs only) by mistake :S
