3 way knob

Is there some clever way to make a single knob fade between 3 things (i was thinking about using a continuous one like an alpha wheel) so at 0 degrees L1 is at full , at 120 degrees L2 is at full, and at 240 degrees L3 is at full, at 360 it gos back to L1 in the areas between the L's they are faded. I hope that makes sense!

Is someone trying to make a synth that morph between more than 2 positions as suggested by yours truly a couple of months ago ?
