Is the Creamware ProTone as good as the Pro-One

Not quite, here's the different models in chronological order:
Zarg Pro One - had enhanced Sequencer/Arpeggiater plus Unison mode.
Zarg Pro One SOLO - cut-down of the above; lost the Sequencer and Unison mode and was monophonic only.
CWA Pro One - first CWA model and different to Zarg's versions. Sequencer and Arpeggiater are simplified and Unison mode is lost (as per original SCI Pro One).
CW proTone (same as CWA Pro One, just a name change for legal reasons i suppose).
